For that reason, I offer a Money Back Guarantee for my website/web-application hack recovery and repair dehacking services.

If I cannot recover and repair your website/web-application, I won't charge you for my time and will refund your deposit in full.

If you get hacked and I feel that I cannot fix it, you won't pay for my time, period.

To make full use of the features and services my website offers, your device will need to accept cookies. This is because certain features of this website require the use of cookies to work.

By using my website you agree to my use of cookies as described in my cookie policy.

What are Cookies?

When you use this website it may store some information on your computer in the form of a helpful file known as a "cookie". Cookies are used to improve the online experience of almost every website, including this one.

Types of Cookies

When you use my website the following four types of cookies may be set on your device:

  • Necessary Cookies:

These cookies are required to ensure you can make use of the features offered by my website. These cookies do not gather identity information about you, and they do not track where you browse while online.

  • Functional Cookies:

These cookies enable me to ensure you receive the best possible experience while on my website. These cookies do not gather or store any identity information which would enable me to identify you personally.

  • Performance Cookies:

This type of cookie helps me to understand how my visitors use my site which helps me keep my products and services relevant, easy to use, and up to date. For example, I can see which of my products and services are most viewed, identify when and where errors occur, and test different versions of a page in order to improve your experience while on my website. Sometimes, the services I use to collect this information may be operated by third parties on my behalf. They may use similar technologies to cookies, known as "web beacons" or "tags". These are anonymous and, as they are only used for statistical purposes, they do not contain or collect information that will identify you personally.

  • Targeting Cookies:

From time to time I may form partnerships with carefully selected and monitored third parties who may also set cookies during your visit. The purpose of these cookies is "behavioral advertising" (also known as "behavioral targeting" or "remarketing"), which is a means of showing you relevant products and services based on what you appear to be interested in. Although these cookies can track your visits around the web they don't know who you are personally. Without these cookies, online advertisements you encounter will be less relevant to you and your interests. The Internet Advertising Bureau put together a great resource for information on behavioral advertising. For more information, visit the IAB's website.

Managing Cookies

Most internet browsers enable you to erase cookies from your persistent storage, block cookies in total or in part, and warn you before a cookie is stored on your device. Please reach out to your browsers maintainer for specific information on how you can manage these settings.

The Privacy Policy:

I understand how important and valuable your privacy is and I take its security seriously. I treat the privacy and security of your information the way I would want my information to be treated. To that end, it is my policy to not share, divulge, or cause your information to be exposed in any way.

The only exception is when and where I am required by law and court order to supply requested information. In an effort to mitigate and minimize the potential impact of my legal obligations, I only collect the minimum information necessary to provide the services available on this website and the services I offer offline.

Please note that your use of my website, products, and/or services signifies that you acknowledge, agree to, and accept this Privacy Policy, and grant me all necessary permissions to collect, store, and use this information as outlined above.

Electronic Payment Processing Convenience Fee:

For the convenience of my clients I provide the ability to pay for products and services via third party Electronic Payment Processors. In no way are you required you satisfy your invoices electronically. This option is solely provided for the benefit and convenience of my clients. The convenience fee I charge for processing payments electronically is intended to cover the cost of the third party processor's fee to process your transaction and it is not included as a cost in my general service rate.

The convenience fee is typically about 4% of the total amount of your invoice but can fluctuate depending on the actual method of payment chosen. While all invoices are typically submitted with the option for you to use some form of electronic payment, if you prefer to pay the amount due by check or money order, simply deduct the calculated and marked Convenience/Processor Fee(s) from the invoice and mail your payment to the address provided.

Discount Limitations:

Any discounts I extended or advertise will be limited to a maximum dollar amount of $1,000.00, regardless of the size of the project.

These Terms of Service and Use, and General Definitions are subject to change from time to time, with or without notice.

Checking back here frequently is recommended since your use of any product or service I provide signifies that you acknowledge, agree to, and accept these Terms of Service and Use, and General Definitions.
