Website Dehacking & Recovery Money Back Guarantee:
While I have never encountered a hacked, hijacked, vandalized, or defaced website/web-application I couldn't recover and repair, there's a chance I'll come across one eventually. For that reason, I offer a Money Back Guarantee for my website/web-application hack recovery and repair dehacking services.
If I cannot recover and repair your website/web-application, I won't charge you for my time and will refund your deposit in full.
If you get hacked and I feel that I cannot fix it, you won't pay for my time, period.
Any discounts I extended or advertise will be limited to a maximum dollar amount of $1,000.00, regardless of the size of the project.
Electronic Payment Processing Convenience Fee:
For the convenience of my clients I provide the ability to pay for products and services via third party Electronic Payment Processors. In no way are you required you satisfy your invoices electronically. This option is solely provided for the benefit and convenience of my clients. The convenience fee I charge for processing payments electronically is intended to cover the cost of the third party processor's fee to process your transaction and it is not included as a cost in my general service rate.
The convenience fee is typically about 4% of the total amount of your invoice but can fluctuate depending on the actual method of payment chosen. While all invoices are typically submitted with the option for you to use some form of electronic payment, if you prefer to pay the amount due by check or money order, simply deduct the calculated and marked Convenience/Processor Fee(s) from the invoice and mail your payment to the address provided.
What are Cookies?
When you use this website it may store some information on your computer in the form of a helpful file known as a "cookie". Cookies are used to improve the online experience of almost every website, including this one.
Types of Cookies
When you use my website the following four types of cookies may be set on your device:
These cookies are required to ensure you can make use of the features offered by my website. These cookies do not gather identity information about you, and they do not track where you browse while online.
These cookies enable me to ensure you receive the best possible experience while on my website. These cookies do not gather or store any identity information which would enable me to identify you personally.
This type of cookie helps me to understand how my visitors use my site which helps me keep my products and services relevant, easy to use, and up to date. For example, I can see which of my products and services are most viewed, identify when and where errors occur, and test different versions of a page in order to improve your experience while on my website. Sometimes, the services I use to collect this information may be operated by third parties on my behalf. They may use similar technologies to cookies, known as "web beacons" or "tags". These are anonymous and, as they are only used for statistical purposes, they do not contain or collect information that will identify you personally.
From time to time I may form partnerships with carefully selected and monitored third parties who may also set cookies during your visit. The purpose of these cookies is "behavioral advertising" (also known as "behavioral targeting" or "remarketing"), which is a means of showing you relevant products and services based on what you appear to be interested in. Although these cookies can track your visits around the web they don't know who you are personally. Without these cookies, online advertisements you encounter will be less relevant to you and your interests. The Internet Advertising Bureau put together a great resource for information on behavioral advertising. For more information, visit the IAB's website.
Most internet browsers enable you to erase cookies from your persistent storage, block cookies in total or in part, and warn you before a cookie is stored on your device. Please reach out to your browsers maintainer for specific information on how you can manage these settings.
I understand how important and valuable your privacy is and I take its security seriously. I treat the privacy and security of your information the way I would want my information to be treated. To that end, it is my policy to not share, divulge, or cause your information to be exposed in any way.
The only exception is when and where I am required by law and court order to supply requested information. In an effort to mitigate and minimize the potential impact of my legal obligations, I only collect the minimum information necessary to provide the services available on this website and the services I offer offline.
Contact Technology EULA & Anti-SPAM Policy:
I take SPAM in all forms very seriously. If you're taking the time to read this, you're probably not a spammer and your contact is likely acceptable under these terms. That said, you must read, understand, and agree to the following terms before contacting me in any way.
By contacting me in any form you are demonstrating your consent to and agreement with the terms of this Contact Technology EULA and Anti-SPAM Policy ("CTEASP").

All situations covered under this CTEASP will be handled case by case, and violation by violation. In no way does a waiver of my rights under this CTEASP in one situation wave my rights for any other situation.

Other acceptable uses of my Digital Contact Technologies include and are limited to where required by law and/or as specifically agreed to in writing.
Previously granted permission, whether implied or specifically granted, may be revoked at any time at my sole discretion. Permission is considered to be revoked at the end of the business day following the day in which the individual or business has been notified in writing of said revocation ("Notification Grace Period"). Any continued access/use of my Digital Contact Technologies after the end of the Notification Grace Period are in violation of this CTEASP.
Any use of my Digital Contact Technologies, other than as described above, will be seen and treated as unauthorized access/use of said technologies. Unauthorized access/use is wholly and expressly forbidden and will be treated as a direct and willful violation of this CTEASP. Unauthorized access/use may, at my sole discretion, be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by the laws of the State of Colorado and/or the United States of America.

Contact via Other Technology/Means
If you wish to contact me via other technologies and/or means your communication MUST be an acceptable use of my Digital Contact Technologies as listed under "Contact via Forms" above AND MUST NOT be definable as SPAM were it sent as an email.
